HOLLAND HOUSE offers a unique indoor mix of World Cup football, live entertainment, live music and genuine Dutch 'gezelligheid' + lots of PARTY! Before, during and after every World Cup match of the Netherlands team, we organise a special HOLLAND HOUSE party event.
The World Cup atmosphere at our parties is unique and HOLLAND HOUSE lets everyone experience how the Dutchies enjoy and celebrate their world cup with lots of crazy orange fever!
Dress code is an orange outfit!

HOLLAND HOUSE has successfully built up a reputation for creating unique entertainment events with a massive impact, so for the last time we are offering you lots of Dutch party ingredients, international live entertainment & music acts (Salsa Republic Dancers, Brazilian Drums, the Steve Clisby Band, Hot Potato Band, Kai Fech African Drums) tasty Dutch food, cool Dutch beer, funky DJs (DJ McClaud & DJ Edgar Roex), and a maximum of orange fever for the best HOLLAND HOUSE World Cup party ever!

African Wake-up at HOLLAND HOUSE
Although we will kick-off our biggest, best and final HOLLAND HOUSE party event at 11PM this Sunday evening, you might arrive early and still sleepy on Monday morning.
During the HOLLAND HOUSE Grand Final Party we will make sure that every Dutch fan in the house is awake and will dance on the beats of the Steve Clisby band, the Brazilian Salsa Republic drumband, the Hot Potato Band, DJ McClaud and/or DJ Edgar Roex.
For the guests who arrive after 3AM and need a wake-up call; we have called in the help from six mighty Africans: Pape Mbaye, Yacou Mbaye, Thiass Mbaye, Lamine Sonko, Jean Gomes and Fode Mane, also known as the African drum group Kai Fech. They'll rock the house before the start of the big final World Cup match!

Channel 9's Weekend Today: live from Holland House this Sunday morning
Want to be on TV? This Sunday morning (11/07) all Dutch and orange fans supporting the Netherlands football team are welcome to gather at the HOLLAND HOUSE in the Tokio Hotel as of 8AM for a live broadcasting in the Weekend Today breakfast show on Channel 9.

ouples, families and children with orange fever and all dressed up in orange are welcome to join the fun! You might be interviewed and we might ask you to sing along with the Dutch football songs. It will be fun!

Dutch and Spanish set to kick off parties
July 10, 2010 - ''EVERYONE wants to be Dutch at the moment,'' Monique Van Altena says. Everyone, that is, who doesn't want to be Spanish.
Ms Van Altena, whose parents migrated to Sydney from the Netherlands, works at the Dutch Shop at St Marys. She has dealt with an influx of people coming to buy Dutch paraphernalia, such as orange scarves and T-shirts, as they prepare for the World Cup final at 4.30am on Monday.
Dutch revellers have flocked to Holland House at Home Nightclub at Darling Harbour during the tournament, lured by the promise of Dutch beer, big screens and international DJs. The event organiser, Patrick Driessen, said he expected all 2000 tickets for the final party, priced at $45, to sell out.

This mighty and always laughing singer, songwriter and musician with a heart of gold and deep sexy voice, creatively mixes jazz, soul, R&B and funk in a very warm, sincere and passionate way. He truly rocks!
Within the global jazz scene Steve has played and recorded with Dennis Chambers (USA Mike Stern, Steely Dan, Parliament), John Lee (USA Sonny Rollins, Dizzy Gillespie), and Dale Barlow, Jonathon Zwartz, Bill Risby, James Muller, Warren Trout, Hamish Stuart, and Andrew Gander (all Australia). Steve also recently appeared at The North Sea Jazz Festival (The Hague, Holland).
He toured with Chaka Khan, Kool and the Gang, the Crusaders, Mothers Finest, Level 42, Hot Chocolate, Santana, James Cotton Blues Band, Charles Lloyd , Frank Zappa, Taj Mahal and Tina Turner! Need we say more?

After a nerve wracking semi final match against a strong playing Uruguay, the Dutch football team kept our heart pressure at a maximum level till the last second of the match and successfully closed it off with a winning 3-2! Phew....WOW! We've made it! We're in the World Cup final and will verse either Spain or Germany in the final match on Monday July 12th.
Today at 1AM we opened the doors for the HOLLAND HOUSE 1/2 Final Party. After the big semi final win over Uruguay, hundreds of Dutch fans celebrated this massive win with a big HOLLAND HOUSE party that went on till 7AM..... Most party guest left our party house with a big smile on their face at daylight....

Sydney, July 3rd - The Dutchdown crew put on their biggest ever World Cup party with bands, international DJs, live acts, a balloon clown, Dutch party food, African drummers, dancers, lots of Dutch Grolsch beer and swinging cheerleaders at their "HOLLAND HOUSE XXL Party" at Australia's largest club: Home Nightclub in Sydney's Darling Harbour. The orange party crowd was fantastic and the party vibe was amazing! Oh.... and there was a World Cup quarter final against Brazil...
After the glorious victory over Brazil, it most likely was the largest and most compelling Dutch World Cup football party outside of the Netherlands! Over one thousand orange fans enjoyed this extra large and varied Dutch party till early morning hours!
